Fellowship Membership
Covenant
This
membership covenant seals an
agreement and defines such
requirements and universal
obligations for the (Yeshua)
Christ–follower. Our
Membership Covenant is the
document that all members
(Jews and non-Jews alike)
sign to express their
commitment to this local
body of believers and their
desire to worship Yeshua
together.
By signing the
Covenant you are committing
yourself to God and to the
membership of Tikvah l’
Chaim.
Membership
Covenant:
I have
received (Yeshua) Jesus
Christ as my Lord and Savior
and having been baptized (Mikvah)
by immersion as a believer
am in agreement with the
statements, beliefs, and
structure of Tikvah l’ Chaim
and agree that the sixty-six
books of the Bible are the
ultimate doctrinal authority
on all matters. I will
steward the resources God
has given me, including my
time, talents, treasures and
my tithes (first fruits)
regularly and cheerfully.
This includes regular
financial giving, services
and participation. I will
unite with Tikvah l’ Chaim
by attending faithfully both
the Bible Study and Shabbat
weekly service, and by
living a Christ-like life,
giving regularly,
and upholding the
beliefs and leadership of
this congregation. I will
prayerfully seek God’s will
for our congregation and
community, praying for its
growth, and inviting others
to attend.

Mission
Statement:
Tikvah l’Chaim Hope for
Life…. is a Messianic
congregation reaching out to
the unsaved and the
unbeliever in accordance to
the Great Commission in
Matthew 28:16-20.
Tikvah
l’
Chaim is a place
where Jews and non-Jews can
come together
to worship the Holy
One of Israel, Yeshua Ha
Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah)
in a Biblical Jewish style;
Teaching G-d's word,
Revealing Jewish roots,
Celebrating the Biblical
Feasts of Israel and
studying the Holy
Scriptures.
Statement of Faith:
The
sole basis of our beliefs is
the Bible, God's infallible
written Word, the 66 books
of the Old and New
Testaments. We believe that
it was uniquely, verbally
and fully inspired by the
Holy Spirit and that it was
written without error
(inerrant) in the original
manuscripts. It is the
supreme and final authority
in all matters on which it
speaks. We believe that
Salvation depends on
accepting (Yeshua) Christ as
both Savior and Lord of your
life. (John
1:12; Acts 2:38,39 and
8:26-40 and 16:25-34; 1
Peter 3:21,22.)
Statement of Beliefs:
At
Tikvah l’ Chaim “Hope for
Life” We believe the Bible
(both Old and New Covenants)
to be the divinely inspired
Word of G-d.
(it is our source and
final authority.) 2 Timothy
3:16; I Peter 1:23-25;
Hebrews 4:12 All Messianic
believers, whether from
Jewish heritage or not, are
unified as one new creation
of G-d through their faith
in Messiah Yeshua.
